Anyone planning on taping any of the shows on the
new tour? I'd love to hear them. Drop me a line if your
interested in doing any trading. I don't have any
maddy shows right now, but I'm working on getting
an older show....

I just saw the show tonight, 10/20/04 here in Santa
Cruz. It was fantastic. I brought my brand new dat
recorder. Sadly, it malfunctioned after the first 45
minutes. But what I do have sounds pretty damn
good. This weekend I'll be getting the radio interview
she did here, a friend of mine recorded it. I also just
got a show from 1997 in Ct. that sounds very good.
I'll trade for any Madeleine. Somebody else must be
recording shows from this tour....drop me an email if
your interested!

Hey Chris,
The venue I saw her at did not have a no taping
policy posted at the entrance, and they did not do a
search, but I figured I better be low-key about it.
Basically, the recorder in my jacket pocket and then
when the show got set to start I clipped the mini
microphones to the buttons on my coat.
She played for about an hour, took a short break, and
then played for at least another 30 minutes when I
saw her. A great show. I'm glad I finally got a chance
to see her, and got a short souvenir recording of the
show. If you do record the Boulder show and want to
do a trade, email me please, I'd love to hear it!

Indeed, If i record it i'll send you a copy. Just upgraded to a nice (and new) large diaphram stereo condensor. The Boulder Theater is a VERY nice sounding venue too. Send me an email in mid-Feb on all this.
