I just read the article about Madeleine's new album and can't wait for September! I am looking forward to hearing Madeleine's latest. Hopefully she will be promoting her album in my area. I haven't seen her since 2004 and would love to hear her live again. |

I was fortunate enough hear Madi preview some the songs from 'Half the Perfect World' last night. It was great to hear her again. She sang the following five songs from the album: -Blue Alert -Everybody's Talking -Half the Perfect World (title track of the album) -I'm Alright, I've Been Lonely Before (not sure if that's the exact title) -Smile She finished off with a French song. Since I don't know French I don't know the title and don't know if it will be on the album. Since there usually is atleast one French song per album this might on the album. Blue Alert was stunningly performed. If the album version is as good I think this will really play well. Everybody's Talking was an interesting change from Blue Alert but also well done and in Madi's own style.
