Where did this show take place?

Hi all -
I have a record company promotional DVD with an EPK (electronic press kit) for the Careless Love album, featuring a solo acoustic performance by Peyroux at an unnamed club.
Can anybody tell me where that perfomance was recorded, and if any tracks off it have been officially released?

EDIT:
The DVD is a 2004 Universal Music compilation featuring various artists, including Elton John and Ashlee Simpson...

The cover gives no clues to when and where Peyroux was taped. It's just her on stage with an acoustic guitar - you hear the audience, but you never see it.
There are interview segments at the beginning and between the tracks.
This is the set list
1. Dance me to the end of love
2. Don't cry baby
3. You're gonna make me lonesome when you go
4. Don't wait too long
5. J'ai deux amours
6. Weary blues
7. Lonesome road
8. This is heaven to me.

I've looked all over the net but I can't find the answer anywhere.
