Does anyone else think that the photo on madeleinepeyroux.com (the
"official site") does not do justice to her beauty? I would go farther and say that its the worst picture of Madi that I've ever seen? Madeleine is a classic (and unique) beauty, as you can see from her photos on this site and in her videos, but that picture on madeleinepeyroux.com makes her look like some kind of death's head! Can the webmaster at "mp.org" please tell his fellow webmaster at "mp.com" to use any other photo in existance? Hey, what the heck do i know? Tessla |

I'm not sure I agree with your assesment of the picture on the .com site. It shows Madi in a contemplative mood which I think goes well with much of her material.
That said, I'm know that the .com people read the forum messages so your thoughts about the photo will be seen. |

I agree with Webmaster. The picture does in fact show Madeleine in pensive/contemplative mood and it goes well with her material and I think it also goes well with the site. It gives it that extra edge. In fact, they could have chosen any one of the pictures featured in the picture section. Any of them would have been useful. In my opinion, I think the picture should stand. I think it looks pretty neat. film fan |

I agree. As an avid photographer myself, i dont believe that there is any such thing as a 'bad photo'. You just have to look beyond the image, and see what is really there. ie: composition, meanings, feelings derived, etc. Besides if there WAS such a thing, all of the ones of me would be terrible!!!!! lol (only joking) Oceans of Love and Infinate Peace, Christi |

Hi all. Thanks for all the feedback.
Just wanted to say that the photos were provided to us for the dot com redesign last year, were shot as part of the sessions for the Half the Perfect World cover, and were approved by Madeleine herself. I think there is a "Dutch master", Vermeer-like quality to them myself. |

Madeleine does have more gigs scheduled for the UK!
She will be performing at the Cheltenham Jazz Festival on Tuesday 1st May at 7.30 pm. I already have my tickets! I loved her show in Manchester. Absolutely fabulous. Cheers Pete |
