Finally we got a respectful, detailed response from William 

Galison about the lawsuit and THEY CENSORED IT!!!!   Rich, 

please tell us who is behind this censorship. Galison says its 

Rounder. Is that true? or is it you??? Please don't tell us its 

Maddie! Galison's charges are extremely serious. He accuses 

Rounder of  acts that are possibly criminal and madeleine may 

be involved.

Fellow Madeleine fans, does anyone else care that we cannot 

discuss a legitimate CD by Madeleine Peyroux that (according 

to gallison) she is being well paid for and even designed the 

original cover for, JUST BECAUSE ROUNDER DOES NOT 

WANT ANOTHER MADELEINE CD ON THE MARKET ???!!!

What if Capitol records had squashed VeeJay records in 1964?

We never would have heard "Meet The Beatles"!  

Madeleine, PLEASE WEIGH IN ON THIS!  This whole situation 

is beginning to make you look REALLY BAD, and your fans 

want to like you as much as we like your voice! 

If Galison is full of ****, let us know!!! Trying to erase him only 

makes you look like you're trying to hide something.

Or Rounder, DEFEND YOURSELVES! We want to like you too. 

Please don't act like some fascist dictator and try to rewrite 

history- the cat's out of the bag guys. I for one, copied Galison's 

letter to send to a freind, so if anyone wants it let me know by 

PM. and people check out www.jazzpolice.com for a detailed 

account that pretty much backs up Galison's accusations.

I own Got You On my mind, and I love the CD, galison's singing 

and all. Rounder, you don't have to recommend the damn 

thing, but don't act like fascists and try to bury it.

	First of all I only removed a post that I PERSONALLY felt had no place on this discussion board. I did not remove William's other post that linked to a third party explanation. If and when William puts up a website of his own with the any information he wants, I will allow a post with links to that. I do not want this board to degenerate into a he said / she said discussion of what happened between William & Madi, Rounder etc. That's not what this board is for. At this point the board is unmoderated but if we cannot stay reasonably on the topic of Madeleine's music then I may be forced to make it a moderated board. So please heed my wishes - not Madeleine, not Rounder - to stay away from the very messy legal issues surrounding 'Got You on My Mind'.
