I can't add anything to Pete's review. She was fantastic and I'm still high from the concert. Her voice almost defies belief.........
I wanna see her again................. |

Ladies and Gents of the Forum
I just had the immeasurable pleasure of seeing Madeleine Peyroux live, once again, at the Barbican here in the UK. She was divine! I loved hearing live renditions of the songs from Bare Bones. I have always maintained that you have to see Madeleine's performance live - however, her shows are getting better and better. She had a super slick band and some nice video interpretation of her new songs. River of Tears pulled right at my heart and La Javanaise was performed in a very intimate way, mirroring a street performance in such a way as you felt she was singing directly for you! It was such a treat. If Cheltenham had not been sold out I would be Glocester bound immediately. Hope you all get to catch Ms Peyroux sometime soon. I am swooning and completely in love with the heavenly Ms. Peyroux. Thank you a wonderful night - Pete |
