   Hi there rythemgrl
I too like and enjoy Ella Fitzgerald.  Definitely one of the most famous jazz women ever.  She had a great sense of rhythm and and her voice was very silky.
I think that Madeleine is emerging into a latter day Ella Fitzgerald and possibly Billie Holiday too.

	With the list of Madeleine, I do enjoy Ella Fitzgerald too. Have you guys heard her. She has an awesome sense too, but more of a jazz/swing forum. Known as one of the most famous jazz woman ever.
